Baseline solutions

The basic baseline serves as a sanity check of the evaluation pipeline: for this, we use dinucleotide scores that reflect the genome transcription initiation rate at the second base of each dinucleotide.

During the Leaderboard stage and in the post-challenge assessment, we intend to introduce more advanced baselines; additionally, as an extra reference coming from a direct experiment, we will use and evaluate the control sRNA-seq data obtained from the same species-tissue combinations as a "natural predictor" of csRNA-seq signal.
